RESEARCH OF THE OSCILLATION OF A MECHANICAL SYSTEM FROM POWER AND KINEMATIC FACTORS

Aleksei Vladimirovich Demidov, Olga Ivanovna Popova, Margarita Ivanovna Popova, Sergei Vladimirovich Safonov

Abstract. This article presents studies of mechanical system oscillations from power and kinematic factors. A mathematical model of the vibration protection system has been developed, which makes it possible to exclude resonance phenomena in the design of equipment. It has been established that the use of vibration isolation systems with rubber elastic elements and a stiffness index Cz= 16*104…20*104 N/cm in the rolling mill provides an increase in their performance by reducing the level of fluctuations. In this case, the amplitude of oscillations decreases by 3 … 3.5 times(А41), and the damping time of oscillations is reduced by 3…4 times.

Keywords: vibration isolator, vibrations, vibration protection system, stiffness, elastic element.

TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL POLICY OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF GROWTH INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL POTENTIAL

Anna Vladimirovna Krasnikova, Svetlana Viktorovna Sviridova, Evgenii Viacheslavovich Selyutin, Olga Igorevna Kovyrshina

Abstract. The directions of increasing the innovative and technological potential of Russian industrial enterprises are determined. It is substantiated that it is effective to carry out innovative and technological development taking into account the development trend of the National Technology Initiative. At the same time, industrial policy should be formed taking into account the choice of markets for NTI, the regional characteristics of the enterprise, and the adaptation of industrial enterprises to the conditions of the crisis. To assess the innovative and technological potential, the authors recommend using one of three approaches — resource-based, productive, meaningful (structural). It is concluded that for the functioning of an enterprise in the framework of modern trends, the structure of the innovation and technological potential should be represented by the unity of three interrelated components: resource, functional and productive.

Keywords: innovation and technology potential, industrial policy, industry development trends, National Technology Initiative, innovation and technology markets.

DEVELOPMENT OF A SELF-ORGANIZING SYSTEM FOR MANAGING THE INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT PROCESS

Aleksandr Anatolievich Osipov

Abstract. An analysis of the sources of formation of a self-organizing control system was carried out. A description of the organizational conditions for the development of the innovation and investment process management system based on the principles of self-organization is given. It is justified that all participants in the innovation and investment process interact with different degrees of integration in a self-organizing management system. Four forms of interaction of participants are distinguished — direct, reverse, network, integration. Requirements for the evaluation of the management system of the innovation and investment process have been formed and conclusions have been drawn regarding improving the efficiency of the management system.

Keywords: innovations, investments, innovation and investment process, self-organization, management system, self-organizing system, integration, integration interaction.

EFFICIENCY OF ANTI-TURBULENT ADDITIVE USE IN THE MAIN OIL PIPELINE

Daria Vladimirovna Derevyankina, Elena Mikhailovna Obolonskaya

Abstract. This paper shows the results of hydraulic calculations of a section of a main oil pipeline without taking into account the use of an anti-turbulent additive, as well as taking into account its use. With the help of the Ansys CFX software package, the oil flow with the introduction of DRA was simulated. The error of calculations using hydrodynamic modeling methods and u sing analytical formulas was no more than 5 %. Combined characteristics of pumping equipment and network are built. The effectiveness of the use of an anti-turbulent additive when pumping oil through a main oil pipeline is shown.
Keywords: anti-turbulence additives, pipelines, numerical modeling.

Vadim Olegovich Galitenko , Maksim Nikolaevich Senchev , Sergei Viktorinovich Falaleev

Abstract. The article investigates the design of static seals in the form of aluminum gaskets and a combination of tolerances for the dimensions of cryogenic valve parts for its tightness. The results of modeling the processes of deformation of seals, the reliability of which is confirmed by the test results, allowed us to propose a constructive measure for the modernization of the valve seal, ensuring its tightness and permissible contact pressure while reducing the tightening force.
Keywords: cryogenic valve, seal, tightness, contact pressure.

IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF HYDRAULIC TURBINES BASED ON CHANGES IN THE WETTABILITY CONDITIONS OF THE IMPELLER FUNCTIONAL SURFACES

Nikita Andreevich Drobnitsky, Aleksandr Viktorovich Volkov, Aleksei Anatolevich Druzhinin

Abstract. One of the ways to increase the efficiency of hydraulic turbines is considered based on reducing hydraulic losses as a result of changes in the interaction of the working medium with the functional surfaces of the impeller (RC), which is achieved by hydrophobizing the flow part using surfactants (surfactants). The verification of computational studies with the results of experimental data of the KM65-50-160 type centrifugal pump, the RC of which was upgraded using surfactant technologies, was carried out.
Keywords: modification of surfaces of RC hydraulic turbines, increase of efficiency of hydraulic turbines, hydrophobicity of the surface, reduction of hydraulic friction.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF VARIOUS TURBINE OPTIONS FOR A TURBOGENERATOR AS PART OF A HYDROGEN ELECTRIC POWER STORAGE SYSTEM

Elena Mikhailovna Obolonskaya, Vladimir Vladimirovich Kasimtsev, Aleksandr Valentinovich Kretinin, Dmitrii Nikolaevich Galdin, Alexander Nikolaevich Popkov

Abstract. This paper presents the results of the development of various options for low-flow par- tial turbines for a turbogenerator. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that at low steam flow rates, the use of an active supersonic single-stage partial turbine makes it possi- ble to obtain a higher efficiency compared to a multi-stage turbine. A study of gas flow in the flow path of an active supersonic turbine was carried out using hydrodynamic modeling methods.
Keywords: low-flow turbine, partial turbine, computational fluid dynamics.

Vladimir Alekseevich Kostin, Dmitrii Vladimirovich Kostin, Marina Nikolaevna Silaeva

Abstract. In this paper, using the methods of the general theory of differential equations, we study a certain equation of aerodynamics describing the process of a gas jet flowing around an airplane wing in the case of a supersonic flow. The correct solvability of the Cauchy problem for the equation under study is established using strongly continuous operator semigroups, groups and cosine functions. The classes of initial data for which this task is correct are specified.
Keywords: aerodynamics, well-posed problems, strongly continuous semigroups, groups and cosine functions of operators.

FEATURES OF SEDIMENTATION OF OIL SUSPENSIONS DURING STORAGE UNDER THERMOCONVECTION

Anatolii Anatolievich Khvostov, Viktor Ivanovich Ryazhskikh, Sergei Yurievich Panov, Aleksandr Viktorovich Ryazhskikh, Oleg Aleksandrovich Semenikhin

Abstract. An approach to modeling the nature of the sedimentation of the solid phase of a hydrocarbon suspension in the near-bottom region of a reservoir under conditions of natural convection caused by heat inflows through the side walls is considered. A substantive mathematical model of a laminar non-isothermal heterogeneous flow of a two-phase system is proposed. The calculation of the phase slip rate is based on the Schiller - Naumann model. The simulation results showed the appearance of a spatial dispersion of the sediment concentration when heat is supplied to the medium through the side walls, as well as a decrease in the intensity of sediment formation with an increase in the heat flux.
Keywords: thermal convection, heterogeneous flow, oil suspension, mathematical modeling.
