Yurij Vladimirovich Zinenkov, Aleksandr Valerevich Lukovnikov, Sergej Vladimirovich Agaverdyyev

Abstract. Increasing the efficiency of an aircraft at different stages of its life cycle can be achieved by optimizing the parameters of its power plant, according to the criteria of the aircraft level. In this paper, such problem has been solved for the conceptual design of an attack unmanned aerial vehicle. At the same time, the methodology and software tool developed by the authors for conducting computational and theoretical studies in conjunction with the well-known method of indirect statistical optimization based on self-organization were used. Optimization studies were carried out according to criteria, as which the technical parameters of the maximum range according to the formed flight programs were adopted.

AXIAL PISTON HYDRAULIC MACHINE WITH TWO PUMPING UNITS AND GEAR DRIVE OF CYLINDER BLOCKS

Anatolii Ivanovich Nizhegorodov

Abstract. The article considers the possibility of improving the already known axial-piston hydraulic machines with two pumping units. The new design of such hydraulic machines contains cylinder blocks that rotate through bevel gears from a common shaft. This implementation of their drive allows, due to shortened pistons, 1.5 … 2 in length from their diameters, to increase the angle of inclination of the blocks up to 40° and increase the working volume of the hydraulic machine by about 45 %, compared with the analog, with virtually no increase in overall dimensions. A feature of the blocks themselves is the use of intercylinder zones of the main cylinders to accommodate additional working chambers with pistons of a smaller diameter, which increases the working volume by another 33 % with an increase in the diameter of the blocks by 10 %. Such optimization of blocks and pumping units as a whole significantly increases the working volume of the hydraulic machine, specific power and reduces pulsation.

Keywords: axial-piston two-row machine, working volume, high throttle response, increased power, high-torque hydraulic motor, low flow rate and shaft speed pulsation.

ANALYSIS OF LOADS ON SUPPORTS UNDER VIBROIMPACT LOADING OF THE ROTOR

Andrei Vladimirovich Ivanov

Abstract. The article considers the influence of vibro-impact loading modes that occur during transient processes during engine operation, primarily starting and stopping, separation of stages of launch vehicles. It is shown that the loads caused by such modes can reach significant values and should be taken into account when designing the rotor supports.

NATURE-LIKE TECHNOLOGIES IN HYDRAULIC MACHINERY CONSTRUCTION. IMITATION THE HYDRODYNAMIC EFFECT OF SHARK SKIN

German Aleksandrovich Kromm, Alexander Viktorovich Volkov, Alexey Anatolyevich Druzhinin, Vitalina Vladimirovna Zhuravleva

Abstract. One of the promising areas for improving hydraulic machines, in particular turbines, isto increase their energy efficiency through the use of new design approaches based on the principles of biomimetics. Interest in this area is due to the fact that traditional design methods do not always allow achieving high efficiency in a wide range of operating modes of a hydraulic unit. In this paper, the first part of the research is presented, the purpose of which is to study a nature-like technology based on the «shark skin» effect to increase the efficiency of hydraulic turbines. This effect makes it possible to significantly reduce the drag during flow, since the geometry of shark skin flakes radically changes the pressure distribution over the surface and increases the size of the boundary layer, reducing friction losses. The first results have been obtained, which make it possible to reduce energy losses by up to 22 % when flowing around a plate. Also, the data obtained in the software packages of computational fluid dynamics were verified with the results of a physical experiment carried out using the hydraulic equipment of NRU «MPEI» with the support of a grant from PNI «Energetika».

Keywords: biomimetic, nature-like technology, energy efficiency, hydraulic machinery construction, centrifugal pump, hydraulic turbine, plate, airfoil, computational fluid dynamics, physics experiment, additive technologies.
