ESTIMATION OF PARAMETERS OF THE RHEOLOGICAL
CARREAU MODEL CRUDE OIL BY ACTIVE THERMOMETRY

Anatoly Anatolievich Khvostov, Viktor Ivanovich Ryazhskikh, Aleksey Aleksandrovich
Zhuravlev, Alexander Viktorovich Ryazhskikh, Oleg Alexandrovich Semenikhin.

Abstract. An active thermometric method for evaluating the rheological properties of non-Newtonian fluids in a flow is considered. The necessity of using the proposed method in rheological
studies of non-Newtonian media is substantiated. To study the influence of the rheological characteristics of the medium on the response parameters to a thermal disturbance, a mathematical
model of a non-stationary non-isothermal flow of a non-Newtonian fluid in a slit channel of variable cross-section under conditions of a thermal jump-like disturbance on the channel wall has
been developed. The Carreau model with two levels of limiting viscosities is used as a regularized
rheological model. In the course of computational experiments, the sensitivity of the method to
changes in flow parameters and characteristics of the response signal to thermal effects was evaluated. On the example of crude oil, the prospects of using the heat label method for express analysis of the parameters of the rheological Carreau model are shown.

Abstract. The main results of the joint scientific and technical activity (since 1958) of the specialists of the State Scientific Center of the Russian Federation CIAM (Moscow) and JSC KBKhA (Voronezh) are presented. The problem of implementing a cryogenic method (CRIOS method) for obtaining high pressure gases in tanks without the use of compressors has been briefly disclosed. A model for a computational study of the possibilities of the CRIOS method as applied to the production of high-pressure oxygen (up to 30 MPa) has been developed and the data obtained have been compared with experimental results.

Abstract. The features of the current state of the socio-economic systems of the region are determined, taking into account the sanctions measures in the Russian economy. The characteristics of socio-economic systems important for increasing their innovative and technological stability under the conditions of sanctions are highlighted. The priorities of the innovative and technological development of the industry of the Voronezh region are described, taking into account strategic and tactical aspects. For this, an analysis of the state of the industrial complex of the region was carried out and the most dangerous risks of innovative and technological development were identified. It was concluded that the strategy and tactics for the development of socio-economic systems should currently be considered in close conjunction. The problems of tactical development of innovative and technological potential under the conditions of sanctions have been identified. The strategic priorities of the innovative and technological development of the region’s industry under the conditions of sanctions are highlighted. The risks of using innovative and technological potential in industry are described. Actual directions for the development of innovation and technological activities of industrial enterprises have been identified, taking into account the sanctions regime.

Abstract. The technology of manufacturing blanks of gas turbine engine disks, based on deformation and heat treatment and allowing to obtain a functional gradient structure along the cross section of the disk. It is shown that the mechanical properties of the material in a disk with a functionally gradient structure are higher than without such a structure. Mathematical models of deformation of heat-resistant nickel alloys are also given, which allow for a wide range of parametric studies, including not only the determination of the stress-strain state, but also the possibility of predicting changes in the structure of the material during deformation.

Abstract. The article explores the possibility of increasing the efficiency of solving axial compressors parametric optimization problems using swarm intelligence algorithms. A promising and popular Chinese parametric optimization algorithm — the fireworks algorithm, is studied. The efficiency of the fireworks algorithm is compared to the efficiency of the IOSO algorithm using mathematical model of an axial compressor.

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF HEAT TRANSFER PROCESSES IN THE TRAPEZOIDAL CHANNEL OF THE TRAILING EDGE OF THE GAS TURBINE TURBINE NOZZLE WITH CONICAL FINS

Liu Junjie, Evgeny Sergeevich Gaev, Dmitry Alexandrovich Uglanov, Viktor Viktorovich Urlapkin, Artem Andreevich Shimanov

Abstract. This paper presents the results of a computational study in a trapezoidal cooling channel of a nozzle apparatus (SA) of a gas turbine engine. Numerical simulation was carried out for four conical ribs with a height of 0.4÷1.4 mm, the rib height ratio is 1 : 1, 2 : 1, 3 : 1, and 4 : 1. At the same time, the computational study was carried out for flow regimes at Reynolds numbers from 10 000 to 25 000. The calculation made the assumption that the channel of the trailing edge of the turbine guide vane is represented by a trapezoidal channel. The research results showed that the conical fins significantly increase the efficiency of heat transfer in the trapezoidal channel, and the higher the average height of the fins, the more efficient the cooling. The average rib height for the four options was increased by 1.80; 6.92; 8.22; and 23.07 %, respectively. The total indicators of heat transfer efficiency improvement were 0.58; 6.56; 4.26 and 19.2 %. A tapered fin with a fin height ratio of 3 : 1 provides the best overall heat transfer performance at a fin height of less than 1 mm, and a fin height ratio of 4 : 1 provides the best overall heat transfer performance at a fin height of 1.4 mm. Calculations have shown that the tapered rib with the highest rib height ratio will be more efficient as the Reynolds number and average rib height increase, since a larger rib height ratio reduces the locking effect.

NUMERICAL METHODS FOR ESTIMATING THE INFLUENCE OF TYPES OF SUPPORTS AND IMPULSE LOADS ON THE PARAMETERS OF TRANSVERSE VIBRATIONS OF A BEAM

Alexander Mikhailovich Slidenko

Abstract. The article presents the results of modeling transverse vibrations of a beam of circular cross section under impulse loads. The beam is a model of the shaft of a rotary machine, and the mounting methods are considered as characteristics of the technical condition of the bearings. The impulsive load is simulated using initial conditions and a transient shear force in a local area of the beam. An initial-boundary value problem with an inhomogeneous wave equation of the fourth order is formulated. The initial boundary value problem is solved by the finite difference method with adaptation of the difference scheme parameters to the solutions obtained by the Fourier method.

Abstract. To intensify the ozonation process, which is widely used in various water treatment technologies, the use of hydrodynamic cavitation is proposed. An increase in the efficiency of the ozonation process has been revealed in the case of its use with hydrodynamic cavitation, which makes it possible to use lower concentrations of ozone in water treatment technologies. It is established that the intensity of cavitation processes is a determining factor in assessing the effect of their complex use with ozonation.
