STATE SUPPORT FOR INDUSTRY IN THE VORONEZH REGION

Maria Nikolaevna Dudkina, Sergey Alekseevich Povekvechnykh

Abstract. Currently, supporting industrial enterprises is becoming one of the priority areas of government activity. In conditions of external economic pressure and the need to develop Russian production, the problem of insufficient financing and investment in the industrial sector comes to the fore. In order to develop domestic industry and increase the volume of exported products, existing measures and instruments of state support are being developed and improved.

Keywords: high-tech industrial production, state support, production modernization, cluster, technology park.

ASSESSING THE RELIABILITY OF A XENON FILLING UNIT DURING EVACUATION AND COMPRESSION

Evgeny Valerievich Blagin, Sergey Sergeevich Korneev, Vladislav Ivanovich Shikhalev

Abstract. Ensuring the reliability of spacecraft elements is the most important task of the country’s rocket and space industry. Xenon is used as a fuel for electric rocket engines and due to its extreme high cost, ensuring the reliability of the refueling process is a priority when designing units. The refueling unit has several operating modes, among which the most interesting from a reliability point of view are gravity refueling, refueling using a compressor, and vacuuming the cavities of the unit. The analysis showed that the average number of hours to failure for these processes was 9700, 1066 and 3545 hours accordingly.

Keywords: xenon, filling apparatus, reliability, compression, vacuuming.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF MARINE TITANIUM ALLOYS OBTAINED BY VARIOUS MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES

Valery Petrovich Leonov, Evgeny Vasilyevich Chudakov, Yulia Yurievna Malinkina, Maxim Vladimirovich Iksanov

Abstract. Currently, pseudo-α- and pseudo-β-titanium alloys are used in the manufacture of marine equipment products. However, the strength characteristics of the listed alloys, produced by traditional manufacturing methods, do not always meet the requirements for titanium alloys for promising marine engineering products. Therefore, parts obtained from powder using hot isostatic pressing (HIP) from domestic titanium alloys are of great interest as high-strength structural materials. For marine and power engineering products, especially those with complex shapes, the use of additive technologies (in particular DLG) is promising. It is also important to ensurean increase in the corrosion resistance of titanium alloys under aggressive operating conditions, and this requires modification with platinum group metals, such as ruthenium. This work is aimed at comparing the results of the mechanical and corrosion properties of titanium alloys of various classes obtained by traditional methods and alloys obtained by HIP, DLG and volumetric alloying.

Keywords: titanium alloys, HIP, DLG, marine technology, volumetric alloying.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF OPERATION SYSTEM OF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF A RESOURCE SUPPLY ORGANIZATION

Victor Ivanovich Ryazhskikh, Anatoly Anatolyevich Khvostov, Alexey Alexandrovich Zhuravlev, Oleg Alexandrovich Semenikhin4, Andrey Aleksandrovich Boger

Abstract. Important elements in solving the increasing the operating efficiency problem of resource supply enterprises are reducing maintenance costs, diagnostic monitoring and repair of standard technical equipment, as well as rationalizing the structure of the relevant engineering services. To solve these problems, the authors proposed a mathematical model of the functioning of the maintenance and repair system (MRO) process of a resource supplying organization in the form of a multi-channel closed queuing system. The work presents the results of simulation modeling of the functioning of the maintenance and repair works, provides assessments of the effectiveness of its functioning and outlines ways for further development and improvement of the maintenance and repair services of the resource-supplying organization.

Keywords: queuing system, marginal probability, flow intensity, source of requests, service channel.

EXPERIENCE IN SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF ENSURING THE STANDARD SAFETY FACTOR OF HIGH-SPEED ROTOR STRUCTURES

Stanislav Petrovich Aksenov, Nikolai Andreevich Makhutov

Abstract. The results of a local stress-strain and limit states study of high-speed rotor structures are presented. Criteria for assessing the performance reserves of impellers are proposed, approaches to the process of selecting and testing materials are described, and a brief description of the technological process for obtaining and quality control of disk blanks made using the processes of hot isostatic pressing of granules is given.

Keywords: impeller disks of high-speed rotor structures, local stress-strain and limit states of high-speed rotor structures, hot isostatic pressing of granules.

ISSUE OF DETERMINING OPTIMAL RELATIONS OF CONSOLE SHAFT GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS OF THE SUBMERSIBLE PUMP ROTOR

Artur Vlyatovich Oganesyan, Gennady Aleksandrovich Morozov, Elizaveta Aleksandrovna Bushneva

Abstract. This article discusses the issue of developing a computational and experimental method for determining the optimal ratios of the geometric parameters of a submersible chemical pump using numerical modeling using the finite element method. The presented method makes it possible to optimize a new design at the stage of creating a 3D-model, as well as modify an existing one to obtain parameters that meet the technical requirements of the Customer.

Keywords: strength analysis, centrifugal pump, submersible pump, critical rotation speeds, stresses, optimal ratios, parameterization.

Olga Ivanovna Popova, Margarita Ivanovna Popova, Sergey Vladimirovich Safonov

Abstract. The article discusses the design features of worm gearboxes bearing units for worms with a concave helix profile. The amount of worm deflection with a concave helix profile has been established when the load capacity of the corresponding gear is exceeded by up to 250 % in comparison with a ZA worm gear. Recommendations for the design of worm gearboxes are offered.

THE TOPIC OF SOLVABILITY OF THE BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM FOR THE AERODYNAMIC EQUATION IN THE CASE OF SUBSONIC FLOW

Vladimir Alekseevich Kostin, Dmitry Vladimirovich Kostin, Marina Nikolaevna Silaeva, Dmitry Igorevich Poveshelya

Abstract. The process of propagation of a compressible fluid subsonic flow is investigated as applied to bodies bounded by surfaces making a small angle with the direction of the undisturbed flow (thin wings, elongated bodies). For a linearized equation that describes the process under study and is of elliptic type, the Dirichlet boundary value problem with periodic conditions is solved. Its correct solvability is shown and a representation of the corresponding solution is given. The research is carried out using the methods of the general theory of differential equations and functional analysis.

Keywords: aerodynamics, well-posed problems, strongly continuous semigroups, groups and cosine functions of operators.
